Those of you who know me well, know that I spent a bunch of my corporate years working in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). My very first ‘real’ job was in D&I, and I eventually became the Global Head – hiring and building a team out of Singapore.
I always said I had the best job in the company (there were 80,000+ employees at the time) and so maybe it shouldn’t be a surprise that I get tons of questions from people who want to get into D&I themselves.
